What is the makeup that's highly pigmented enough to simply glide and show on darker olive skin?

really you can use any bright color as long as you have a good base. you can buy an eyeshadow ';primer'; or just use a jumbo eyeshadow cream pencil and apply that on your entire lid; and then apply your eyeshadow by dabbing it onto the same area. The cream pencil gives the shadow something to hold onto and should appear vivid and bright. hope this helps!!
