I have double lids that show about 2/10 of a cm how can i put on makeup?

How can i put on like mak-up i like scene make-up but how can i do that if i can't even put any mak-up on nicly?I have double lids that show about 2/10 of a cm how can i put on makeup?
Use light or bright coloured eyeshadow, you can also use some that have some sparkle to them, keep away from dark on your lids, as it will make them appear smaller, you can still get the scenester look using bight colours, you can use a darker colour on the lower lashline as you would eyeliner, covergirl makes some awesome brights.
