photo studios dont often provide costumes. sometimes a photog will purchase clothing for a specific shoot. when that hapens the model often keeps the clothes as part of her payment.
you can rent a costume from a costume shop and have a pro photog take pics of you wearing it.
be sure you plan the shoot with the photog first and don't just show up with some outrageous costume expecting all your artistic fantasies to magically appear thru a camera.
if all you want is a simple portrait of you in a costume, that's easy. it just takes a couple of lights and a simple backdrop. but realize that for a complicated artistic shoot phtogs can spend weeks or even months planning every last detail.
