Wear something that you feel comfortable and confident in! Don't put on something that reveals alot, thinking this will get his attention. It could, but for all the wrong reasons.
For makeup, just stick with what you normally wear. You don't need alot, really.

wear like a cute dress and strappy shoes. then wear lots of mascara, eyeliner, do your eyeshadow on top and a some on bottom prefferably gold, blush and clear lipgloss.
Don't wear too much makeup, guys don't usually like that.
So wear a little bit but make it looks good? It really depends on what you like... I usually just wear mascara and coverup/foundation
