I would like to be a makeup artist as a side job but I'm not sure if I have to have a cosmetic liscence to legally do makeup for models at runway shows and local films etc. And how much does an artist usually charge?Do you have to have a liscence to be a makeup artist for local shows/films?
no you don't...for makeup you only need to have certificate
